TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
✦ I have the right to deny commissions if it is beyond my abilities/request is too extreme/my irl circumstances hinder my ability to complete your request.
✦ Commissions are not based on first-come-first-serve. Those who have made payment will be prioritised first.
✦ Additional requests and/or changes when the commission has finished will incur extra charges.
✦ Prices listed on this site are only the starting price. I have the right to request for additional fees depending on the complexity of the commission.
✦ I am allowed to post WIPs (work in progress) of any of the commission work unless you wish for me not to.COPYRIGHT & COMMERCIAL USE
✦ I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned work: I can post it to my social media, present it in my portfolio, feature it in videos, etc.
✦ Commercial price is already applied to Live2D rigging prices. You are free to use it for profit.
✦ NO claiming my art as your own, sell as NFT or reposting without credit
✦ You are required to credit me on your social media accounts or Twitch/Youtube channels as your rigger. You must include my handle in your Twitter bio. Extra charges will apply to remove these credits.ART / EMOTE COMMISSIONS
✦ WILL DO: Fanart, ship art, original characters, song cover replicas
✦ WON'T DO: Furry, mecha, nsfw, gore
✦ Please send me references!!!! I will not be accepting requests without them
✦ Extra character is an additional 40% of the base price.
✦ Expect between 1-2 weeks of completion time for art and emotes.LIVE2D MODEL RIGGING
✦ You MUST send me a ready-to-rig Live2D model in .psd file with standardised layer naming.
✦ I cater my work to operate using Vtube Studio, I am not at fault if the model does not work as expected when using it on other vtubing softwares.
✦ Expect 3+ weeks of completion time for the rigging to be completed. May take more depending on complexity.
✦ I will be sending the .moc3 file & other files needed in order to open the model once full payment has been made.
✦ Prices include rigging & commercial use. Includes 3 free expressions (sad, angry & one of your choice).
✦ If your model has complex featues, please detail it in a document with how you want it to look like. Screenshots and/or video(s) of your desired expression/animated features will greatly help.PAYMENT PROCESS
✦ Payments are to be made in USD as prices listed on this site are in USD.
✦ Payment is through Ko-Fi only. No refunds regarding art/emote commissions. For refunds regarding L2D rigging, read under the rigging ToS section.
✦ Art/Emote commissions: Full payment is to be made after initial draft. No work is to be done on the commission until payment has been made. Your commission will be cancelled if no payment has been made within 48 hrs.
✦ Live2D Model Rigging: 50% of the total payment must be made upfront once your commission has started. The rest of the payment is to be made upon completion of the commision before I send the model files.
✦ You may purchase the Live2D Cubism file (.cmo3) for 80% of the original commission price.
✦ Refunds - Rigging: You have 5 days to ask for a refund; this is done using Ko-Fi's refund system. If the commission has already been worked on in those 5 days, a partial refund is the option and will be made through PayPal. I will be refunding you the full amount minus a percentage for the work that has already been done. For extremely rare circumstances, we can negotiate. Please understand this before you go commissioning me.
✦ If circumstances render me to be unable to do your commission, you will be fully refunded. Otherwise, no refunds for art/emote commissions.WORK PROGRESS
✦ Art/Emote Commission: You will receive an initial sketch for approval. Please list all the changes in the art you want to be made when you receive this sketch. When everything has been approved, I will proceed to completing the artwork.
✦ I allow a maximum of 2 revisions (free) during sketch phase. Extra revisions will incur cost. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.
✦ Upon completion, you will receive the PNG file(s) in a google drive.
✦ Live2D Rigging Commission: You will receive updates 2-3 times a week about the rigging progress. Revisions during the rigging process are free of charge; those after the commission is done will incur a fee.
✦ Upon completion, you will receive a .zip folder that includes the .moc3 file as well as the other files needed to open it in Vtube Studio (e.g. expressions, physics, etc.)
